ClearCOGS is looking for a Head of Enterprise Sales to join our rapidly growing startup team that is using predictive artificial intelligence to improve restaurant operations and prevent food waste. This role involves managing a remote team of 2-4 highly motivated, self-sufficient, and passionate sales Account Executives. The position will focus on closing the existing pipeline of mid market in the current sales funnel. In addition, it will include building a multi-year sales strategy, populating the pipeline, and empowering the future Account Executives team to exceed sales goals. They will have experience selling restaurant technology, a history of empowering and cultivating a dynamic sales team, and love the challenges that come with nurturing a sales team to meet their goals. Responsibilities
Build and maintain sales structure in HubSpot CRM that will allow the sales team to successfully document, monitor, and track sales pipeline and activities (from prospect to close)
Work closely with the CEO and CPO to set department strategies and goals
Mentor, and motivate a team of passionate sales associates to foster a high-performance culture that exceeds company OKRs
Track, monitor, and regularly report on team and individual sales goals and quotas
Researching the market and competitors to identify new opportunities and strategies
Collaborating with the marketing department to develop effective promotional materials and campaigns
Build positive relationships with customers
Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
Requirements
7+ years of successful direct restaurant technology sales experience in a major US market
In-depth understanding of market trends and adaptability to embrace those trends
Proven track record of sales success at or above quota as an individual contributor and as a sales leader
Must live in continental US near a major city market and possess foundational relationships with a pool of domestic restaurants
Understanding and insights into restaurant operations and their needs
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills
Experience managing a sales team (remote preferred) and setting goals, providing motivation, and being an influential leader
Strong organizational skills and strategic planning
Top-notch (written and verbal) communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Analytical skills to evaluate data and use it to make decisions
Ability and interest in working in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
A passion for restaurant technology and a desire to contribute to a mission-driven organization
Bonus skills
Experience with HubSpot Sales and CRM tools
Experience working at a startup or early-stage company
Interest or understanding of data analytics
