ClearCOGS is looking for a Content Marketing Intern to join our rapidly growing startup team tackling the issue of food waste and inefficiency in the restaurant industry. This role involves working with a team of highly motivated, self-sufficient, remote employees, coming from diverse professional backgrounds, to help promote ClearCOGS to its customers and in the industry. The Content Marketing Intern will assist the Marketing team with the design and execution of social media campaigns, blog content, video content, or other various marketing campaigns. You’ll have an opportunity to expand your portfolio with design, writing, or content marketing projects. The ClearCOGS team operates in a fast-paced, startup environment where everyday brings new challenges and opportunities.

ClearCOGS works with frontline restaurant data to predict optimal daily prep levels to improve efficiency, save money, and prevent waste. Through the combination of modern data management, machine-learning, and statistical tools our predictive forecasting system can help operators lower their food waste, while also decreasing their risk of stocking out.
Responsibilities
Assist with the design and execution of weekly and monthly social media campaigns that speak to ClearCOGS' target audience
Maintain a consistent presence on social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter (X), and Facebook.
Create and distribute content such as blogs, infographics, videos, and press releases on social media
Monitor and track social media engagement to identify high-performing ideas and campaigns for scalability
Brainstorm, research ideas, and write 2-3 original blogs a week
Create compelling graphics to share across social channels
Help create and edit short-form videos
Requirements
Recent grad or currently enrolled as a student at a college or university preferably studying business, marketing, or communications
Knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter (X), and LinkedIn
Comfortable assisting in managing multiple social media accounts, developing content to inform, educate, and engage the brand’s audience to increase awareness and achieve marketing goals
Self starter attitude, including an appetite for learning and networking
Basic copywriting and content management skills
Ability to collaborate with team members and across teams
Self-motivated, interested in learning
Bonus skills
Knowledge of social media analytics software including Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, and Twitter Analytics to track audience engagement and campaign performance
Food/restaurant, or startup experience
Video creation and editing skills
